Three cheers for Rep. Pete King (Republican – NY) Plans to investigate Muslims.

America in the 20th Century has been infiltrated by subversive forces on more than one occasion. Before and during WWII the German American Bund Federation, was an American Nazi organization established in the 1930s to promote a favorable view of Nazi Germany. Following the Nazi invasion of Russia, Communists and Nazis became arch enemies, so it was no surprise that President Franklin Roosevelt would say, “Some of my best friends are Communists.”

Following WWII the Communist Party, the only designated political party that ruled the Soviet Union, had infiltrated the U.S. State Dept. and became very popular among the liberals in Hollywood, a sentiment that remains even until today. But it was a State Dept. official named Alger Hiss, later identified as a member of the Communist Party, who was involved in the establishment of the United Nations both as a U.S. State Department and a UN official. The organizational conference that created the United Nations Charter was chaired by Alger Hiss in San Francisco in 1945.

Wisconsin Senator Joe McCarthy was conducting his investigations into the Communist Party between 1950 and 1954 and when those investigations began to look at evidence of some controlling forces giving orders to the Communist Party outside of the government the liberal news media suddenly attacked him without mercy. Before he was able to finish his job he was censured by the U.S. Senate and a few years later he died in Bethesda Naval Hospital on May 2, 1957, at the age of 48.

In the later part of the 20th Century a new threat appeared in America, the spread of fundamentalist Islam. Following dozens of violent attacks and foiled attempts to explode massive bombs in America, all perpetrated by Muslims, there is growing concern that we are at war with a force that already resides within our borders. The Saudi Arabian government has been financing the spread of hundreds of mosques across America, mosques that all contain anti-American propaganda. Mosques being used to indoctrinate, recruit and train Muslims to become martyrs in a holy war. Of the 19 Muslim terrorists who hijacked four airliners on Sept. 11, 2001, 14 came from Saudi Arabia.
Now, Army Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, who was the U.S. deputy undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence during part of the George W. Bush administration, stated recently, “ISLAM is the greatest threat to America since 1776″. Gen. Boykin has a stellar record of service to his country. He either commanded or was part of Delta Force operations in Iran, Grenada, Colombia and Somalia, and served assignments in the Pentagon, with the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He currently is a professor at Hamden-Sydney College in Virginia. Gen. Boykin was immediately criticized for that statement by CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations and by members of Barack Hussein Obama's administration.

The Holy Land Foundation trials held in Dallas, Texas, identified hundreds of Muslim organizations within the United States that were raising money to help finance the Hamas terrorist network in the Middle East. In 2007 CAIR was named along with 245 others by U.S. Federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas funding case involving the Holy Land Foundation. Yet today, the leftist mainstream news media continues to pay homage to CAIR as the official spokesgroup for all matter concerning Muslims in America.

Today, Barack Hussein Obama, who was raised as a child in the Muslim country of Indonesia and who attended school there as a Muslim, and who has appointed two Muslims to ranking post with the Dept. of Homeland Security, is already known to have stated in his book The Audacity of Hope, “…I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

So all I can say is THREE CHEERS for the brave statements by Republican Congressman Pete King for saying he will begin to investigate Muslims when he takes over his new committee post next month. We need all the truthful answers we can get about why so many Muslims are plotting to attack America.
Act For America released this statement today:
We heartily commend U.S. Rep. Peter King, incoming Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, for taking on political correctness and announcing that he will hold hearings on the radicalization of American Muslims.

One of the points Rep. King recently made (see New York Observer article below), is that there are many Muslim leaders who do not cooperate with law enforcement in the effort to combat Islamic terrorism.

Right on cue, CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) denounced Rep. King's plan for hearings.

Long Island Congressman Peter King appeared in the friendly confines of Fox News this afternoon to defend his plan to hold hearings on the radicalization of American Muslims under his new role as chairman of the Homeland Security Committee.

"We have to break through this politically-correct nonsense which keeps us from debating and discussing what I think is one of the most vital issues in this country, that we are under siege by Muslim terrorists," King said. "And yet there are Muslim leaders in this country who do not cooperate with law enforcement. We have the reality that Al-Qaeda is trying to recruit Muslim American and yet we have people in the Muslim community who refuse to face up to this and will not cooperate with the FBI or the police."

The Council on American Islamic Relations has denounced King's plan to hold hearings, but King pointed to the example of Najibullah Zazi, who planned to detonate an explosive in the New York City subway system, Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad, and Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan as proof that such inquiries are necessary. He also cited the rise of radicalization among Muslims born in European countries.

"The American media, American politicians, the inside elite refuse to discuss this issue. When someone like myself says, 'Let's raise this issue' I am immediately denounced as a bigot, as a McCarthyite," he said, adding, "Liberals wanted to believe that George Bush was the cause of terrorism."

King said that he is in close contact with Muslim leaders and said, "They are good people but they just don't seem to appreciate the necessity of why they should be coming forward."
