Christmas Tree set up in a Muslim country. Muslim's there are not offended.

FOX News just reported a story from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates about a huge, expensively decorated Christmas Tree being displayed in the lobby of a hotel there. My question is this: If a Christmas Tree can be displayed in a public place in a Muslim country and it does not offend Muslims why is this sometimes considered offensive to other religions in America?

When they deck the halls in opulent Abu Dhabi, it comes with gold ornaments and gem-studded bows on a towering Christmas tree.
Christmas spirit is not rare in the United Arab Emirates, which is officially Muslim but hosts a huge foreign population. Malls are full of carolers, Santas and piped-in yuletide songs.
This only goes to show how wrong it is to be politically correct.
